WE'LL DELIVER IT TO YOU, HOWEVER FAST YOU NEED IT
Time can be of the essence when dealing with funerals or when the end of life is approaching. For this reason we offer various options for delivery services for you to choose, including Royal Mail’s 2nd Class, 1st Class and Special Delivery services.
For items that are crafted bespoke for you, such as personalised items, these may take a little longer as we have to produce them first.

Helping people through this difficult time is at the heart of what we do and so if you need any special delivery assistance, e.g. a same-day courier, then we will happily work with you to achieve this.

30 DAY RETURNS
We hope that when you receive the items you have purchased from us that they will be just as you expected and arrive as perfectly as when we handed them to the delivery service. However we recognise that there may be times when you wish to return items and for that reason we are happy to offer a 30 day refund.
Items that are produced bespoke for you, such as personalised items, can not be returned unless there is a fault with the product.
Please send an email to email@example.com if you wish to return an item. This way we will know we should expect it and can let you know if it does not arrive. It also helps us to understand whether the item was damaged in the post or to get feedback on why you do not want to keep the item (you don’t have to tell us this if you don’t want to, but it helps us improve our service if we know).
If the item is a personalised product then we will need to see a photo of any flaw in order for this to be returned.
